- How do I configure the main unit?
- The device comes pre-configured, so no setup is required on your end. Simply connect the power cable upon arrival and it's ready for operation.
- How should I install it?
- The unit can be placed on a flat surface or mounted on a wall. Please note that it is not designed to be suspended or hung.
- How effective is it at catching insects?
- It offers comparable capture capabilities to a standard 30W insect trap. The effective coverage area is approximately 50m², though this may vary based on the environment.

- A SIM card router is included for internet connectivity. You can also connect it to your local network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. We'll work with you to determine the best connection method for your location.

- Yes, both captured images and CSV data logs can be downloaded from the website.
- How long is the analysis data stored?
- Data is stored securely in the cloud with no limitations on duration or capacity for the duration of your contract.
- Is my data secure?
- We utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) for robust cloud security. Data transmission between the device and the cloud is also encrypted.
- Can I generate reports from the analysis results?
- This feature is not currently available but is planned for future implementation.
